Caroline spent eight years working in the City of London as an international banking lawyer at two of the world’s largest law firms, Allen & Overy, LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, LLP before training as a professional Coach. Caroline’s experience of juggling family and career while working “at the coal face”, of conquering Imposter Syndrome to achieve unimagined success,  and her experience as a working mother of 4, allow her to achieve extraordinary empathy with clients in her coaching and speaking work.
