Balance

How balanced is your life? As well as juggling your career and family commitments, are you finding enough time for yourself, your health, your relationships and your passion? Or are you just too busy meeting the daily demands of children, work, family, and running the home to even think about it?

Life in the fast lane

In this age of living life in the fast lane, achieving balance is not easy. In some cases we are so busy rushing from one commitment to the next, we don’t even realise how out of balance our lives are and what that means for our relationships, our health and our happiness. Sometimes it takes a shock - the breakdown of a relationship, a health scare, or losing someone we love – to make us realise what is important to us.

Balance is possible

Even as a working mum it is possible to achieve balance in your life. Hard though it may seem to believe, there really are enough hours in the day for the things that matter.  But sometimes we need help to realise this, because we are usually too busy rushing through life to notice.
