Caroline graduated in history at Cambridge University and trained as a lawyer at the College of Law in London. She worked for several years as a finance lawyer
for international law firms Allen & Overy, LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton where she worked as a professional mum after her first son was born.

After having her second son Caroline retrained and graduated as an accredited Coach with Coaching and Mentoring International.  Drawing on her experience as a professional mum, Caroline set up Caroline Flanagan Coaching, a coaching practice designed specifically to help women meet the challenges of pursuing a successful career and raising happy children.

Caroline was born in the UK and currently lives in Milan. She speaks English and Italian.

Caroline is a passionate coach committed to personal growth and achievement. Her coaching has been described as “powerful” and “inspiring”. Most coaching is done by telephone, an efficient and highly effective method of coaching that allows Caroline to coach clients all over the world. Caroline is also available to coach in person by arrangement.

Caroline Flanagan is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Federazione Italiana Coach.
